RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated return policy below:
Return Period: We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:

Items must be in their original condition with minimal use (no more than half the product used).

Unopened products can be returned within the 14-day window.

Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at petalandcloverllc@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
