palo santo, or “holy wood”, is a fragrant tree native to South America. traditionally, it is used in spiritual rituals. palo santo is cherished for its sweet, woody, aroma and its ability to inspire relaxation, clarity, and mindfulness. 

to use: light one end of the palo santo stick, and allow it to burn for about 30 seconds. blow out the flame allowing the smoke to rise. move the stick around your space, yourself, or objects to cleanse energy. place the stick on a heat-safe surface to let it smolder.
